Welcome. Maybe someone referred you to this blog, or you just stumbled upon it, and you’re thinking to yourself, “who the heck are these guys and how many clicks does it take to get away from this page?” We are Matt Reynolds and Steven Orel, two names that probably mean nothing to you now, but hopefully will start to gain some meaning over time. Hopefully you found us because you were looking for a youth ministry resource. In that case, you came to the right place because that’s exactly what we are here to be.
We are two people from two generations with one common goal: helping students find and grow closer to Jesus. While we may do things a little differently, we have combined our ideas together with the result being that we are able to reach out and help students in a radical way. Rather than keep this secret to ourselves, or just share it around our own church, we want to reach out globally to help youth leaders in other ministries to achieve the same success we’ve had. We don’t want to paint the picture that we’re youth ministry supermen, but rather that God has used us to achieve a fantastic result.

We’ll share the tips, experiences and ideas that have worked for us with amazing results. Some you may already know of, some may seem a little quirky, but they often work. This site will evolve as rapidly as our personal ministries do, so when we find something new that works, you can be certain that you can read about it here.
