What the heck does GenToGenYM mean?
GenToGenYM stands for Generation to Generation Youth Ministry. We come from completely different generations, but when we put together some of Matt’s old school techniques and Steven’s new perspective, together our ideas just work. There isn’t a ton of complicated technique to get through, just simple ideas that help leaders be better leaders to a new generation of students.
